Description
Would you like the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of 250,000 residents, providing quality housing services that give them a chance to live a better life?
At L&Q, we believe passionately that people’s health, security and happiness depend on the place they call home, and our purpose is to provide homes and neighbourhoods that everyone can be proud of.
It is an exciting time to join us. Housing is a key national and political priority, and this will be your opportunity to design and lead our housing services for around 250,000 residents in more than 105,000 homes across London, the South East and North West of England.
We are now seeking an experienced senior housing professional to join us and lead our frontline housing service teams. This role and the teams you will lead are vital in making sure resident voice is heard in every part of our organisation. Alongside ensuring efficient and effective operational delivery, you will have a passion for modernisation and transforming services with the right culture, processes, digital systems and relationshipsto ensure that L&Q can provide a first class service.
This key role will provide strategic leadership across our housing management and anti-social behaviour (ASB) teams, whilst actively focussing on increasing the satisfaction of our residents. You will transform and lead our housing service, working in closely with other teams across the whole group, and with our property service teams in particular, to establish a resident-first culture of collaboration. You will also be confident in building strong stakeholder relationships, as a key contact for our Resident Services Board, MPs, local authority and community partners.
We know that good housing is a key determinant of well-being and promotes positive life chances. Through your resilient, clear leadership, you will develop a high performing team with a laser focus on providing reliable repeatable and consistent services that are adapted to meet varying resident needs. Collaborative and inclusive in your approach, you will embrace the diversity of our business and promote an environment that respects the values and beliefs of our communities.
